Construction time is only two weeks once the fabric is received in our factory in Manhattan. Our crews work diligently and carefully to produce the furniture exactly as the customer intended.
Each piece of our furniture is carefully handmade. Trained craftsmen make the frames from kiln-dried hardwood. Some of our craftspeople have been working for Classic Sofa for twenty years. The spring system is hand tied 10 gauge, steel serpentine springs. This unique spring system allows us to offer a lifetime warranty on the frames of our furniture. Every aspect of the manufacture of our furniture is supervised and inspected by experienced people aware of the high level expectations that Classic Sofa holds. The cushions are as carefully made as the wooden frames. Your choice of softness and foam for the cushion inserts allows us to create the comfort that is perfect for you, the customer.
